How AltDAO Works

Who Can Propose?

• The AltCTRL Team – Core platform upgrades, major integrations, and strategic moves

• The Board – The top 20 most engaged $CTRL holders who help review, refine, and push proposals

Who Can Vote?

• You must hold at least 11,000 $CTRL to vote

• Everyone gets 1 vote, weighted equally. No whales, no manipulation - just a fair system where every voice matters

How Are Votes Cast?

• Voting happens inside the AltCTRL governance portal, powered by Snapshot API

• No gas fees: Just connect your wallet and vote

• Majority rules: Proposals that receive the most votes get implemented

Treasury Management

AltCTRL operates a community-controlled treasury, funded by taxes, platform fees, and revenue. Instead of a single entity controlling the funds, the community votes on where they go.

Possible treasury uses:

• Buyback & Burn – Reducing supply, increasing $CTRL value

• Marketing & Growth – Expanding AltCTRL’s reach

Becoming a Board member requires more than holding tokens. Selection is based on:
